Hasn't everything gone up by at least that much in 40 years? I'm as disillusioned as anyone about the government, but that's simple economics.

I know that the Omni in Atlanta got hit pretty hard by a tornado a few years ago. They still had windows that were boarded up in places when I stayed there a few weeks later.
