If you came back to reality you would understand that most people are talking about how good these teams are in certain areas and how they match up to the Panthers.
In fairness, you didn't say either way about being playoff bound but...

Well...

That was in response to me calling Beck garbage (proved it again this week) and Hightower was overrated by showing his terrible yards per carry average.

For fun since I was look at old quotes, I saw this gem...

For some reason you love to put up stats to prove these other teams don't play in the NFL or have any decent players compared to the Panthers.
Yes even garbage teams might contain some gems. This is a sport; teams are relational based on their performance against other teams. This is how it is determined how good or not good a TEAM is.

You talk about the Panthers like they are coming off a 14-2 season and have a reputation for winning. The Panthers haven't had back to back winning season's at all under John Fox.
No I don't. I had belief that this team would at least win 40-50% of their games, which there is no way that is happening based on the performances we seen thus far. 5-11 is a huge stretch now; Indy is the only team under .500 left on the schedule.

Ever since Cam proved you wrong you have put unrealistic expectations on this football team.
Far from it. Check my quotes related to the GB game. I knew they had no chance in that game and they exceeded my expectations by keeping it close. Arizona and Minnesota are bottom feeders so my expectations were wins. Just like how I said J'Ville and Washington (both bottom feeders themselves) were favorable games too. Is that really unrealistic?

You are the one who said Cam wouldn't make it through the season as a starter.. you are the one who said Cam would be out of the league in 3 years.
I did. But I also many weeks back said I was incorrect in my statement about him being a complete bust i.e. what you are referring to.

Like I said... Washington was being sold short IMO. Hightower had 65 yards in the first quarter vs the Panthers.

I never said Hightower would lead the league in rushing but I saw how hard he ran vs the Steelers and knew he would cause problems for a horrible run defense (they are improving).

Unlike you, I don't look at one game or one list of stats and make predictions for a whole season. I have no idea if Beck is garbage and won't let one game define how good or bad a player is...

I don't care if Gabbert, Dalton or Ponder never throw 3 INT's... none of those guys are in Cam's arena when it comes to talent and upside.

Cam has faced much better competition than these other guys put together. The Panthers have the hardest schedule in football....

I'm curious to see if Dalton can win vs good teams like the Steeler and Ravens. He has to play 4 games vs these 2 teams. Lotta football left to play. Don't celebrate too soon.

Who says. I personally think Ponder will have a greater upside. He is accurate as can be (at least was in college). He is deceptively quick.

Exaggerate much... Dalton has played and beat AFC East leader Buffalo. They lost to NFC West leader 49ers. We will see in a couple weeks how they play against those two teams you mentioned.

To the rest... Ponder has played and lost to both NFC North leader Green Bay and against Chicago (note on played in 3 games). Gabbert on the other hand has had the hardest schedule so far of all the rookies (including Newton)... NY Jets, New Orleans, Cincy, Pittsburgh, Baltimore (which they won), and Houston.

And how did that end... 23 more yards and a injury. Not as big and bad are you thought he might do, especially since that is his best game on the year.

Still trying to refer to him as a bust..LOL, not a "complete" bust, it's really hard for you to admit being wrong, not a good trait.

The Panthers are extremely close to putting together a solid run...all that other stuff is hot air.

I am not. As you might have seen in this as well as the other thread, I refer to him as an average QB with a great ability to run. Someday, he possibly could be great as a QB. Until then, I point out the mistakes that help cost games but I also congratulate when I see the team/Newton succeed.

The 4th quarter melt down continues for the Panthers.

LOL, I prefer his "average" to most others, you live in fantasy world where everything Cam does is a mistake. You're a phoney, a fraud. Here's a tip for you genious, many people are a lot smarter (football knowledge, etc) than you and can smell BS a mile away...LOL..you're a joke but I enjoy.

Well I dont think he is a joke..he is in a bad spot. He made a prediction and it turned out false and being a guy with a big ego he cant admit this and has dug himself a hole the size of the Grand Canyon now. I don't question the football knowledge ...I think he has that.

Oh like those "smarter" people that believed in the Tim Tebow legend out West until he finally got to play. Then the ball started rolling down. Then this week happened. Detroit manhandled him and mocked him.
