Smile Moving to Charlotte????????

Hello!
I first would like to say that this is the best web site ever! I love it!!
My husband and I are considering a move from Orlando, Florida to North Carolina. We want a nice small town, close enough to a big city that we can have a nice job, but a small enough town to be able to feel safe. We have a 6 year old son who loves SOCCER and Swimming, so we have to keep that in mind. A school system that is very involved with the children and a school system that has a good grade is important. Here all our schools are graded at the end of each year, Matthew's school now, is an A school for the 5th year and that is VERY important to us! We are looking for a 3-4 bdr house with 2 baths, nice yard and a garage. $150-$175 we hope....
Any info would be great... THANK YOU!!

So sorry-- it is just unlikely you'll find an "A" school 3/4 br with a yard in 150-175 range-- I know the internet shows plent of attractive homes in that price range, reality of the area and neighborhood will probably dictate a higher price.

I would highly suggest you check out a few of the smaller cities that surround Charlotte for all you seek. In particular, I think Concord would be just the ticket. Also look at Gastonia and Mint Hill. Good luck!
