Default Need Help...Thank You

Son is moving/ transferred to Charlotte within a few weeks, still needs a place to live. He is looking in the Pineville Area, as it is closer to work. He is looking for a furnished, mobile home, with utilities included, anyone know of any ? WE tried checking the Charlotte Observer, any other newspapers he should check out ?
Thanks a lot for all your leads..

Not sure of a furnished moble home for rent. OUtside of that to provide more help, planned budget and others areas to consider. I have seen a few furnished homes, more apts. But then I am one who would rather pay less for unfurnished, and spend a bit of money on used stuff. All I need is a bed (blow up mattress even works) a sofa and TV.. I am set. (yes I am sad and way out of college). If it is a transient position and planning to move soon, there may be value in this.

Not too many mobile homes in Charlotte, much less furnished mobile homes I'm afraid.

I can put you in a double wide or modular on the other side of Lincolnton if that is not too far for you. 1 to 1.5 acres...
