I've been looking at listings in the Kings Creek subdivision of Charlotte (zip 28273). These appear to be newer homes, and I'm curious as to the builders--anyone know? I'm not talking about the townhouses being done by Liberty, but single family homes in the same area.

Thanks,
Kelly

Default Kings Creek

The homes in kings creek are typical for the price range. Nothing really bad and when there is a problem the builder is pretty good about correcting things as they are still building in the Charlotte area. Homes come with a warranty that covers everything for the first year. I have previously put in warranty work requests and had quick service. I am a resident and HOA board member so if there is anything you need to know feel free to ask.

How are the townhouses in Kings Creek? I am thinking of buying a townhouse there while I go to school and let the GI Bill pay for it. Because it's not really much of my money I am not too picky, but I would like an honest opinion. Thank you for your help!
