Buying a dog
I am new to the Charlotte/Concord area and I am looking to buy a bichon; can someone tell me where I should look?

Make sure if you take that dog outside to NOT get near any bare spots in your yard or your bichon will become permnament red LOL.
I do not know of any breeders of this breed off hand but I did get some results with google Bichon North Carolina and Bichon Charlotte
Good luck

I had a bichon as a child and loved him. He was dumb as a doorknob but cute
They're not all intellectually challenged, my cousin had one and she was really smart! Just had to mention it!

Please check the animal rescues also, there are many and those animals deserve a chance too. I know it's easier to write a check buy one.
Good luck.

I am in the process of purchasing a Bichon puppy. I have two e-mail addresses of reputable breeders. You can e-mail me at mdixon@cruiseplanners.com, and I will send them to you (one is in TN; one is in NC). They both have puppies that will be ready mid-September.

I agree - check out rescue places; they sometimes carry purebreds...
