I went into storage today, pulled out the electric oil filled heater. I think I can tough it out with just that til the high's are in 40's -50's. Today was great the house warmed about 11. Then I was outside doing yard work in short sleeves. Less electric bill means more xmas money.

Holding tough here, 64 in the house this morning.

Kids are complaining a bit, but they'll survive.

Thought about it this am for about a nano second. Figured that I made it thru this weekend and the temps are going up a little this week so I should be good for another week. So far no complaints from the wife or son.

We just bought a house. I refused to turn the heat on, but my wife overruled me when it was 56 inside. it's not that cold.. Either way, we've got it set for 68 currently.

Not seen the house colder than 64 yet, at 56 I may have put it on myself.

Wow - 68 is high! We keep ours on 65 generally. The house hasn't gotten below 66 yet, even at night, so I'm betting the heat won't be turned on for at least another month or so. Love this time of year!

56 inside is really cold this time of year. Is your house well insulated? Is it in a wooded area?
