Going to the Pats/Panthers game on Friday night.
How early should we park to minimize traffic snarls?
Any recommendations as far as specific parking areas?
Any info is appreciated.

How much do you want to spend on parking?

Well, sice I used to pay $40 to park at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro MA, I guess anything under $40 would be cheap.
Ideas? Suggestions?

Where are your seats? You will want the closest gate for convenience.

Driving/parking for a Panthers game is so easy compaired to most other places. You can park a few blocks south of the Stadium for $5-10 or even just find a spot on the street. You can of course park uptown (try Picassos sports bar) if you get there early enough for a few beers and then walk to the game.

Go Pats!

Ditto! Parking is easy around Panther Stadium. Many of the businesses open up their lots and charge $5-10 bucks just a few blocks from the stadium. There's a slew of industrial parks right along 485 that do just this. Enjoy the game!

Go Pats!
They enforce the 2 hour rule now. It's always been effect when meters are free, but they started enforcing it last year. We used to go to Tavern on the Tracks and take the trolley for $1, but no more.

I would use some of the parking garages for $10. You can walk 3 blocks to the stadium, there are several.
