It's a good neighborhood. I own a house there. There is no HOA, but the owners are in the process of forming one. The area is growing pretty quickly and the schools are good. The only disadvantage to the sub-division is that there is no playground for the children. Other than that it's a good neighborhood. The houses are appreciating pretty quickly. All the new homes around there are selling from $250 up. Ryan or Ryland homes is building mid 300's on Browne road. PM me if you need more information.
