Cool Mt Holly and Stanley

are these good areas? Also what about the schools? I am moving to the area soon and lost the house I was interested in over by cramerton

Mt. Holly and Stanley are very quaint towns on the outskirts of Charlotte and are on the verge for rapid growth, although it may be years before it is a headache, if ever. They are both very convenient to 485, 85, new Highway 16 bypass and 73. I'm not sure about the schools. I do have land there if you ever consider custom building. PM me if interested.

both communities are very nice i like stanley better though it feels safer plus is close to everything charlotte gastonia lake norman are all under 30 min. drive there is a road to mccadenville ,dallas plus stanley still has a small feel to it it is getting alot of growth though and not just housing very nice bussiness growth as well for the size of town it is its impressive
