Monroe/Power Lines/Storm
We got a lot of rain and lightning last evening but not the winds I heard everyone discussing today.
This evening we got another heavy does of rain and lightning and some winds.
Been listening to the scanner, lots of excitement and activity. Apparently, from the Monroe Mall west power lines were knocked out. Traffic has been horrendous as they closed down huge sections of 74. I know the entire Target Mall is out of power too.
DH is supposed to head into job #2 this evening, which is on Dickerson. They may be closed though, been calling for the last 30 mins or so and no answer.
