Default Data of existing home sales in Charlotte

Here is a link from the NC assoc of Realtors showing YOY that existing homes' sales fell 17% in the Charlotte area (July '07 compared to July '06)

Asheville down 23%! These numbers prove that real estate is no longer local. Our housing slump is a direct reflection of conditions in other states, as was the preceding hot market.

It's partly bc banks arent giving away loans like food stamps anymore.
