I relocated from MD about a year and a half ago and I love it. I lived in Severa Park. Make sure you have solid employment here before you make your move. I am a real estate agent here and in MD. This is really the best move I could have made for myself and my family. Keep visiting NC as much as you can to learn more about the area. But in general the people here are wonderful and genuine.
