As a truck driver I must say that if you want your store shelves empty ban the trucks!. I don't see how your wanted goods will get to your stores without trucks?. I guess your Wall Marts and such could just require all their employees to use their personal cars for goods transport inside the loop in question, but I don't see that happening!
