I just got back from the Pats/Panthers game, and I really miss Charlotte alot! Sorry to all you Panther fans, but I enjoyed the game quite a bit, even if it was pre-season. Richmond Va. is my home for the next 6 months or so, then I'm heading back to the Queen City. Have only been away for 1 1/2 years, and I can't believe all the new stuff I saw. The build up around Woodlawn, Providence(84 area), The Arboretum, Tom Short, Uptown area....hell, everywhere is awesome. The Bobcats Arena is sweet, just hope the turnout is pretty good there, the NBA is struggling everywhere right now.(gambling refs isn't helping) Oh, how different Charlotte and Richmond are! I walked around Uptown and felt quite at ease with myself, unlike walking around downtown Richmond Charlotte is so clean and I was glad to see "urban living" coming into Uptown. Although I will not be able to afford to live Uptown, it was still a welcomed sight. I will more than likely live once again in Matthews, its a nice place, and Vinnies Raw Bar is there. Well, all you who live in Charlotte, I hope you know how good you have it there, and I'll see yah soon. GO PATS!!!!!!
