So we've been battling these little guys for at least a year. Our pest control company comes & within days I'll see one. It's not that we have tons, just a handful or so in a month. Is it normal if my house & outside is treated for them to keep coming back & with such frequency like a few days? Thanks.

Earwigs like to live under mulch, although that's not the only place that you'll find them. But if you DO have mulch up close to your house, you should use a sand-based granular pesticide that will penetrate the mulch and get down to the soil. You may consider raking it back away from the house. Is your house on a crawlspace or is it slab construction? And are you finding the earwigs inside? If your company is just using a liquid pesticide outdoors, and again, if you have mulch, then part of the problem is probably that the pesticide just isn't getting to where it needs to be.
