Im from NJ. In Fl now just waiting for the house to sell. I have 2 properties in Denver. One is an investment (Pebbel Bay) and the other (Verdict Ridge) will be my futurre home site. I cant wait to get there. I'm sooo done with south Florida. Lots of NY/NJ people in the area.

Did you build a house at Pebble Bay? And where is Verdict Ridge? Is that closer to Webbs Road. I bought five acres on Lineberger Loop. I did not want to be in a subdivision.

I am building in Verdict Ridge.I got a beautiful lot ovelooking the golf course. It is NW of the intersection of 16 and 73. The Pebble Bay lot is an investment. I have 3 young children and this is why I wanted to be in a subdivision. Plus I couldnt imagine mowing 5 acres. LOL

Huntersville is just east of Denver. I was down the shore this summer with the family. I got an overdose of all the things I missed in Jersey for the past ten years Ive been in Florida (Diners, real pizza, cheesestakes, egg sandwiches, corn, tomatoes etc.) We rented a beach house for a week and had a great time. The boardwalk hasnt changed in 20 years. Even the people look the same. The kids loved it.

I am so happy to moving and I figure I will have to learn to make my own pizza. I am mastering the skill as we speak. I am just going to buy a ride on mower. Huntersville is just east of 150, right?

My husband ad I live in Orange County, NY and have land in Pebble Bay. We have the house on the market and waiting, and waiting . . . We're not sure about building in Pebble Bay - it depends on work, etc. I think we'll have plenty of Yankee company down there. I'm not sure there's one "local" in Pebble Bay, from what I hear, it's Jersey, New York and California!
