I have a townhouse in the Kingsley development south of Ballantyne. My job was just transferred to Cornelius (36 miles away), so we are looking to move up toward the lake. I had been planning on using a discount broker and just taking my time to sell the house, but the drive is making me less patient. Does anyone know of a good realtor that has experience in the area that, if priced right, could get the house sold within 90 days? (Not look for solicitation, just personal experience).
