Like down here when people who don't have a stop sign at an intersection will stop anyways and try to wave you through.

Maybe I am missing something, but isn't that called being polite? Are you talking about an intersection where there are two stop signs? I am not being a smart Mod Cut , I am just trying to picture the situation.

When someone stops at an intersection when they are supposed to keep going due to no red light or no stop sign, it's a traffic hazard and can easily lead to accidents.

If it makes you feel better, I will change my comment and say that if anyone comes to my house and tells me to stop playing Christmas music, I will not hesitate to kick their @ss if they persist. Take that any way you chose. It is not something that will likely happen. Besides, I was sort of kidding around. Too bad you didn't see that.

That's why I teased you about it. I thought it was funny that you would make up a scenario that likely wouldn't happen so you could let people know you would kick some mod cut

I hate that because of hypocrites and controversy-mongers, saying "Merry Christmas" is like some sort of political football. Just makes me want to say Happy Holidays all the more.

yeah.. I think Bill O'Reilly put a lot of focus on it and now people act like every time they hear the word Holiday it's a war on Christmas.

This is fascinating. Provided that what I was told is correct (and no, I have no links to provide), writing up, with the threat of suspending a child, for singing a Christmas carol, says what? That there's a Christmas conspiracy?

Yes, you are right. They are not really showing any intelligence when they do that. Thanks for clarifying. I believe that many do that because they think that it should be a four way stop and are not sure about it.

Probably, but it still drives me crazy because all it takes is looking where it would be, and not seeing it. But I see it a lot in parking lots and plazas ect. All it takes is someone to treat it as a 4 way stop, and then someone behind them continuing through like they are supposed to, and getting hit because the other person has been led to believe it's a 4 way stop.

You haven't provided anything to back up that what you said was true, so there is nothing of substance to your post. I won't debate you on a hypothetical issue that probably isn't true. 999 times of 1000 when some fake persecution story like this comes out like this it turns out the kid was singing or doing something religious while disrupting the class or fellow students. Just like those "Tebowing" kids were suspended not for praying in the hallway but for blocking other students from getting around them to get to class.
There is no war on Christmas. You can choose whatever greeting you want. Just stop pretending that your belief in the supernatural powers of a 2000 year old Jewish carpenter gives you some moral high ground.
Happy Holidays!

Doesn't matter how many stop signs there are. Don't worry about being polite - just practice proper rules for right of way, otherwise you are just mucking up the process.
