Square Dancing in Monroe area
I am interesting in finding a place to learn square dancing for the whole family. I used to do this as a child and would love to get back into it. Unfortunately, I don't remember many of the steps and I'm sure the style has evolved anyway in the past 20 years or so. I am looking for a place to start learning and having fun. I noticed there is a group that meets in Matthews at the methodist church, but they don't start beginners lessons until September. With all the country folk that live in Monroe, there has to be somewhere that they all meeting up and dance! Any tips/ideas? Thanks!
