Default Community comparable to homes in Rose Hill or Marvin Creek

We are looking at Marvin Creek/Longview or Rose Hill. Are there any other communities that are comparable?
Thanks

Default price range

We looked with arealtor, but are not tied to one yet CAn we get custome style homes in the $650k-$750k range in those communities. We looked at a few Conger Builder homes in Rose Hill, and that is the style we like- the French Country style with Stone/Stucco/European style.
Feel free to private message me.
Thanks
Craig
