Best Resource for finding roommates (Charlotte: to rent, living, paid)

Just moved to the area, have yet to find a place to rent because I want to have a roommate to split the costs.

Have had little luck with Craigslist.

Anyone know any other useful resources in Charlotte?

My friend has had a lot of luck on Facebook (in addition to Craigslist). There may be a friend of a friend of a friend.

When I first moved here back in 2003 I found two potential roommates, one I ended up living with for awhile on roommates.com. It is a paid site, but it was very useful.
