Hi my name is Jtuan Gaines, im a former colliegiate basketball player and I will also be the Head coach for Word of Promises new youth basketball programs. Word of Promise is a Church here in Charlotte and our webpage is
Word of Promise Christian Fellowship. We will have AAU teams that will start competing in March and we will hold regularly schedule optional training sessions once a week year round.
Our main program is our Varsity/JV boys basketball programs for Home-schoolers and students that attend a charter or private school that doesn't offer athletics. Next season will be the first for W.O.P and will we compete against Charlotte area private schools.
Requirements for Varsity/JV team:
Grade point average of 2.0 or better
Must be home-schooled or attend a private or charter school that doesn't offer athletics
In 2012-2013 school year must be in the 7th-12th grade
