I think having a master bathroom with a great shower but no bathtub is fine and would probably not deter most buyers.

I think having a hall bathroom (bath that serves the other bedrooms) with only a shower (no bathtub) would be a negative to some people with young kids.

In NC a full bathroom is one with a toilet, sink and shower OR toilet, sink and tub/shower combo. We do not call this a 3/4 bath in MLS.
