Default Semi-custom builders in Charlotte?
Well, we did it. We are finally here. We're renting an apartment in University while we look around to find a nice community to build in.

Does anyone know of any builders who would build a side apartment?...Mom will be joining us soon.

Not sure what area you want to live in but I know several of the builders in Baxter Village will build an apartment above the garage.
