My wife and son were at the McDonald's about an hour ago and saw some distressed boys who happen to be from our neighborhood. I don't know any details but we suspect car accident. Local news was setting up so it info should be on ten o'clock news. What a shame.
Watched this on the news last night. Every year, this seems to happen in almost every high school class. We all think this could never happen to us. Either someone not wearing a seatbelt, talking on their cell phone, etc. If one person reads this post and thinks of the young life that was taken, his death will not be in vain. My deepest sympathy to his family and best wishes for the others to recover quickly. So sorry for all the families.
One of the EASIEST things to do to extend your life expectancy-especially if you're a teenage boy is to wear a freakin seat belt.
IMO - all those teens in a powerful truck is craziness.

I certainly agree with your first statement. Hard to believe in this day and age there are people (young and old) that don't use standard proven safety features.
That particular F-150 Supercab is not considered a powerful truck compared to many others in it's class. It has 4 doors and seatbelts for 6.
I dont see how people dont wear seatbelts. The first thing I do when I get into a car is strap on my belt.
