Default Harbor Club Homeowner's Association
My wife and I are looking at houses in the Harbor Club subdivision near Lake Wylie in CharMeck. Does anyone know if the HOA for this subdivision has a web site? Or does anyone out there have experience with this HOA?

I do not have a realtor yet, so I am trying to find out about fees, rules, etc. on my own.
