I have no recs, but why limit yourself to South Charlotte? Would it not be worth the drive to other areas of Charlotte for quality tattoo work?
I don't know about you, but the number one factor when I'm getting a tattoo is convenience. Who wants to drive across town when you're all buzzed up and ready to get tatted? that's just dangerous.
