I need recommendations for someone to check out my gas fireplace. Any recommendations? Thanks

If you have gas service through PNG, call them and ask for their list of "gas line plumbers". And when you choose one to call be sure and tell them that you got their name from PNG.

Good luck with yours. I've been trying to get my NG logs switched over to LP and have been having a TERRIBLE time (as in months) trying to get the log mfg Monessen or anyone else to help me out. Naturally the places only want to help you if you bought your gas from them, which I did not. Assuming I could get a plumber to do it, I still have to have Monessen call me back and help me out and they've been absolutely HORRIBLE with their customer service.

Leave a message that if you do not get a call back AND help with the unit, you will file a complaint with the BBB. And, if you want to push it harder, tell them you will file a complaint with the NC Attorney General's office. Just a suggestion and one that I have used in the past - with success.
