Many 4 bedroom rentals in nice neighborhoods also are in HOA neighborhoods. So, there are strict restrictions on the activities that go on in the home for things like home based businesses or the number of non-family members living there. Seams like a reasonable question - why do you need four bedrooms if there are no kids? It would impact your choice of location as much as your price point.

I was just curious. You came up with some good reasons why it may be an issue.

It's no problem I will explain why I want a 4 bedroom. I'm an RN who works from home. My company is based in NYC so I would have to come to NYC every three months for company meetings. I'd like a 4 bedroom because my Mom plans to visit quite often. She also plans to bring my neices and nephew as well for some of these visits. I also have two doggies a Yorkie and a Bichon Frise who are my babies. It would be more spacious for us.
