I am not sure how current the information is. Several of the neighbours listed in mine either don't live there anymore or have gotten married..the info has changed drastically....and that was several years ago.
I put my address in and the site only comes up with the address and says no information available for this address. This is good from my perspective. A few years ago, I went on switchboard.com and removed my name from the lookup feature. I think that carried over to the White Pages.
This site you reference does not appear to give a person an option to take their name and phone number out of the information that pops up. There's lots of ways this info can be used that would not be in the best interest of the homeowner OR person who lives at the location. I did note there are a few reporting errors, as one might expect. Overall, the information is right on target with names, addresses, and phone numbers.
This is bad, think of all the cretins and shatbags who will use this to solicit, case your home and make noise.

This is not new information, much of this information can be found in white pages or thru property search Real Estate Lookup
I see it as a combination of a property search and white pages. This makes it easier for better or worse. I doubt that site can get info that isn't available though a 2 minute search by anyone.
I did a few address in my nabe including my own house. It was comical! 95% wrong, and I think only correct if at one time in recent past you had a white page liosting and didn't move or change address. In summary the same info that is avail. with a white pages.
I am assuming that if you only landline numbers are listed because some telephone numbers are not mentioned. Nothing it seems is off limits nowadays. If my neighbors want to organize a block part they should put a flyer in my mailbox and not Call my house if they did not get my number from me. Just saying..
I had to search for a relative phone number and I thought this site would be helpful but I find searching for this thread challenging. So I added address lookup in the thread title to make it easier to find.
