Wanted to ping the folks here to get any recommendations people may have on great relocation areas. We are currently in the Greenville SC area and looking to relo to Charlotte this yr.
This past weekend we were in town and checked out Huntersville and Davidson. We checked out Skybrook,, Olmsted and Summers Walk in Davidson. I think we are ruling out Olmsted bc I feel as though the value may not be as strong there and HOA costs will double once the community is complete.
We prefer the northern side of town----please let me know if you there are any recommendations that would be helpful. Want to stay under 400k and schools are important. We liked summers walk and I feel the value there is good----can anyone here vouch for Davidson as a town as well asthe area we were in seemed more rural. Please let me know any thoughts on Davidson schools as well as Saussy Burbank as a homebuilder?
