According to Zagat, that is what is listed, in real time. But it does not hurt to call the top establishments, to see if they offer a tasting menu. I'm quite sure that restaurants would let Zagat know if they offered a tasting menu. Hoping others chime in, if they know of establishements.
It lists M5 and Ratcliffe - they're no longer in business. M5 was owned by the Harper's Group. It's now another HG resto - Zink. They may have a tasting menu. Ratcliffe closed about a year or 2 ago, it's now Bernardin's.

Oh wow, thanks. I never made it to M5 but I always heard great things about it.
A lot of places will do them if you call the chef and give them some advanced notice. For some reason, Halcyon comes up in my head when I think of tasting menus. Maybe I saw one on their menu? If they don't do it, they should!
