with almost 10 years experience, for a mid/level position?

Anyone know what a good range would be for a salary requirement for this type of position?

Thanks!

Low-to-Mid 90's, probably. I sincerely doubt it would hit in the six-figure range.

Thank you!

Hubby is set at $85-$95, and was offered $75 for a job, which we thought might be low, since other 'informal' offers were for $90.

We just wanted to be sure we're reading the market correctly, and asking for a fair/doable salary.

Thanks again!

Warning, there jobs are starting to disappear to offshoring.. Don't be too greedy. Literally 100's of jobs leaving, including DBA's, developers, etc.

I don't know about DBA jobs disappearing. Most companies want their DBA's onsite and don't honor the telecommuting thing. Offshoring DBA's is a bad idea and I would be surprised if any companies do this. I'm an Oracle DBA and learning SQL Server and there are plenty of these DBA type jobs in Charlotte. The catch, start as a consultant first then get hired on full time. However developer jobs are making their way to India. Just ask Wachovia !
