Hey everyone,

I know a ton of these threads are about moving to Charlotte but you forum folks are just the best at giving moving advice!!

I am moving to Charlotte the beginning of May and my work will be located on Tyvola Rd near Marion Diehl Park.

Any recommendations on apartments/condos? I am a young professional, no kids, and previously I've paid $925/mo for a 2 br/1ba townhouse, and $1000/mo for a 3 br/1.5 ba house. I'm looking to go smaller maybe just a 1 br/1ba apartment or 1 br/1 ba/loft or something similar.

The only specifics is that I like to be near activities, walking or driving distance. Nice shops, restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails/bike paths etc.

So wonderful forum people, what advice do you have for me?!

If you go with a one bedroom you can expect to pay $775 and up in a decent area.

I will send you a link for one of my best suggestions on direct message

I have a friend that lives in a townhouse off of Tryon near the Police/Fire academy. Might be worth checking out.
