I am just curious about the safety and crime rates in the northern most limits of charlotte. I have been looking for homes just south of huntersville and the norther most charlotte area inbetween I-77 and I-85 and around RT 24 ( Wt Harris Blvd and Eastfield Rd )....I see many sub develpoments with reasonable home prices in and around this area. Can anybody give some insight to the safety and cleanliness of this area?

It depends where you are looking at, exactly. I can go over developments with you, I know most of them well...though there are a lot in that area.

Typically --Huntersville is clean and safe with good schools. You have to be careful with parts of Charlotte.
