Is this a new store or a converted Bi-Lo?

Yeah the new stores seemed to be much more impressive IMO than the converted Bi-Lo in Rock Hill. I can see why they wanted to open the brand new ones first.

I saw a sign for a new one in Cornelius, anyone know if this is a new one or converted bi-lo? I like Publix for some stuff, but I tend to shop all over not just one store.

The BiLo that was in Matthews wasn't a typical BiLo. It was more or less a flagship store for them and was only open a few years before they closed it. So Publix probably liked this space quite a bit.

I know, however that Rock Hill location was still one of the nicer Bi-Los.

It was the last of the newer ones built by Bi Lo in the upstate SC/Charlotte area and didn't last very long.
