Can anyone tell me the average rent for a 1 or 2 bedroom around South Park? Matthews?

apartments.com should be able to provide you with an accurate idea of rental costs for those areas. i am paying 775 for a 2 bedroom in ballantyne.

I have been researching rentals in that area too. Your best bet is to visit sites like apartmentguide.com and rent.com, you can search by town or by section of the Charlotte-metro area.
