Default Moving to Fort Mill, Sun City
Read with interest the email some days ago asking whether sales agent advisable to buy in Sun City. Response from a real estate agent suggested it is. We will be in area 24, 25 Sep 07 for a visit. Would appreciate info from a sales agent very familiar [/b]with what incentives to look for at Carolina Lakes SCity. Email to stadgm@sbcglobal.net.

Just so you know, it's not Fort Mill except the mailing address. it's in Indian Land, which is in a different county (Lancaster) and all of the real Ft Mill is in York County. It's also in Sc and there's a subforum for it.
