I am looking at a home in Coulwood Hills and when I look at Google's map it appears to me that I-485 loop could slice right through the neighborhood.
Any thoughts on how I can research this? Would this be a very good thing, as in I would be paid fair market value for the property in a few years? Thank you! |

Property values have generally increased along the 485 loop as developers tend to build strip malls and mixed use developments along the loop. However, with the addition of more businesses and residencies, along with quick access to 485, crime does seem to increase a little bit.
