The old double standard is in play. If anyone asked where a white neighborhood was, God help them. But any other group is OK. Personally, I don't care one way or the other but that is the way I see it.
I've heard Biddleville is a "black" neighborhood.

Just look at a map of Charlotte. Anywhere west of I-77 (or within 1 mile of I-77), within 2 miles of I-85, and within 1 mile of US 74 (between Albemarle Rd and Village Lake Drive) is mostly blacks/hispanics. |
