The new-to-the-neighborhood newlywedMeigan Alexander's has had a sign in front of her Dilworth-area home against Amendment One for a month.

A few weeks ago, someone slashed a banner against the amendment in the Cotswald area.

My pastor who lives in Dilworth says she had two taken.

I agree. Removing something from somebody else's yard shows complete disrespect for the person, their property (OK, a politcal banner, this time) and in this case their freedom to express their views.

Whoever did this is doing their tiny best to stiffle freedom of speech and political views. Shame on them.

I wish these folks would truly sit down and think to themselves, "What would Jesus do?" You know what Jesus would NOT do? Hate.

That's bad, but at least they didn't spread feces all over their car like these scumbags. Of course, you won't hear too much about this side of the fence.

True, too bad that most of our media is almost always going the extra length to be "politically correct" while alienating the majority...

My point is Sunny is that it happens on both sides, and again I doubt many people are swayed by signs. Honestly I don't see this being a thread worthy topic. It just so happens that you have a vested interest in it.
