My husband and I have been doing some digging, looking at houses on the south side of Charlotte (Pineville to Steele Creek way). Now we're after a buyers only agent to represent us and help set up viewings of homes, etc. When we moved here originally, we had some issues with a rental company misrepresenting themselves and we'd rather not go through that sort of debacle again, so we're hesitant to just randomly contact an agent at any of the big real estate companies.
Does anyone have a recommendation of either a website to look at for reviews/ratings of local buyers agents, or a direct suggestion for one as you or someone you know has used them in the past? The latter would need to be DM'd to me, but honestly we just need to be pointed in the right direction.
