Hello...

Which communities are good for kids (Elementary/Middle schools) with price range of 500k-600k (newer houses)?

Looking for housing communities that are between Rt 16 and Rea Rd, including waxhaw.

I looked at the following but could not get a feel...

1) Ballantyne Country Club
2) Provindence country club
3) Firethorne

Anything else that is worth looking?

If you are living in a community, please let me know your opinion.

Thanks....

Check out Ardrey...very social Its a good mix of families with kids of all ages as well as empty nesters. feeds into elon park elementary, community house middle school, and Ardrey Kell HS. Not a country club atmosphere though if that is what you are looking for. New homes but with some mature trees and parks.

Check out Rea Woods. It's a gorgeous neighborhood on right where Elm meets 51. 28226
