Moving to Charlotte (real estate, relocation, estate)

I have looked up the population and compared it to the population in Louisville Kentucky and Charlotte is bigger than Louisville and better. I just need more info before we get to Charlotte. I have a relocation package that will be arriving soon that has alot of info that I need. Thanks for answering and if you would like to give me advice on anything please feel free to do so. My family relocated out to Charlotte from the West Coast and we love it out here. We came from a bigger city, but have made an easy adjustment to being here.
