I've been in Charlotte six years and it makes me feel dumb to say this, but tonight will be my first time at this venue - I understand parking can be a big problem and sometimes people end up waiting an hour or two after the show just to get out of the lot.

Does anyone know if that's still an issue? Any recommendations on where to park to potentially avoid the after-show traffic issues? Also, how early can you get there to tailgate, etc? Any recommendations there?

Thanks in advance, you guys rock my socks.

well, u probably left already lol but if you can get there a few hours early (like 3 for a 7pm show) you'll beat most of the traffic (including rush hour traffic) and get extra tailgate time. have fun at DMB!!

I've been to many shows there and never experienced that wait but I do try to get there an hour or two early to enjoy my cheap beer before heading in and paying $13 for one! Haha Leaving it's not terribly awful either. You can spring for VIP parking and get out/in quicker as well.
