Hope you guys don't have to bust open those piggy banks you have had since childhood.

Paying out of state police protection cost BIG bucks. Maybe to cut down on expenses you can get the local Republican Club to do some volunteering??

Sure hope you got deep pockets.

What's your take on what it will cost??

No more than it costs the president to do anything else. It's not like they send a bill to city residents, lol.

Hospitality taxes are big bucks for the city and the county. I think it will be a wash in the end unless there's some unprecedented violence and destruction of property downtown.

With solid booking Uptown and most of the city, maybe HOF will be mostly paid for.

Does anyone have a link to the breakdown in who gets the revenues from the hospitality taxes? I know hotels and rental cars are around 16%, but I'm not sure if that is all county revenues or what?

The security BETTER be taken care of by the $50M federal grant. That should go a long way.

It not the admission a part of the deal of the HOF was to raise the hotel tax.
