Has anyone heard of this place and if so do you have any opinions about it. I'd love to buy a traditional house, but being single I do not have the funds.
I've worked across the street from it for almost 20 years. It's a fairly heavy industrial area. There's a chemical plant and train tracks right across Old Concord Rd. from it. It sits behind an auto junk yard, and is beside a NASCAR team shop, warehouses, and several business parks. That part of North Tryon is also not the most desireable IMO.
Thanks very much for this information. It gives me something to think about. I'll have to drive down from PA to see the area B/4 I decide to buy anything in this park. I was able to get very specfic crime statistics today for this area. I was told by the police department that the crime rate is considered low for this area. That's good news, but with what you just said I will really need to check it out carefully.
The community is on a dead end road. Not many people know they are there so it is not really affected by the North Tryon area as one might think. They really know how to keep the place clean and safe. Check them out, you will be pleasantly surprised.
