Anyone have any reviews about Camden Foxcroft on Simsbury Rd? I like what I see online, but looks can be deceiving...

Thanks!

I lived there in a 1BR (in the newer section in the back) many moons ago and enjoyed it. Country Day high school football stadium is directly behind the apartments so you have gameday noise 5-6 Friday nights a year in the fall. Walking trail through the adjecent neighborhood. Walk to Brixx pizza, Caribou Coffee, Wine Shop and Bar, and the best restuarant in town IMHO, Barringtons. The complex is pretty small and it was very quite when I lived there.

I have heard that flooding was a problem there. However, I have lived in Camden complexes before and been very satisfied - except for the rent increases.

Thanks! Yeah the rent is a little up there, but it honestly seems like that can not be avoided in charlotte. I am glad it is within walking distance of some places, I see on the map that it close to a mall.

Great area of town, and I can vouch from personal experience that Camden is one of the better property managers in town.
