Ceiling fan replacement - vaulted ceiling (Charlotte: Home Depot, price, install)

Does anyone know of a Charlotte area company that would install a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling? I'm guessing it's at least 20 feet tall or so —*I don't think a 16 foot ladder would work and they'd need a bigger one or possibly scaffolding.

I have a fan there already, but we would need to replace the extender and the fan itself.

Any recommendations are welcome - in the thread or via PM.
